In the build-up to the 16th FINA World Championships, the venue will host open swimming training sessions between August 7 and 9, 2015.

The Olymp Swimming Pool is a sports and event venue of Kazan State Technical University named after A. N. Tupolev, a training ground of the university’s water polo, basketball, and karate teams. It’s a training venue for children’s and youth sports schools (School of the Olympic Reserve).

The sports venue is open to the public.
