Arrival transfer

MEET AND GREET SERVICES FOR PARTICIPANTS

All participants of the 16th FINA World Masters Championships who entered their arrival data in the FINA General Management System (FINA GMS) will be met at the official arrival and departure points, among them:

• Kazan International Airport;
• Kazan-1 Railway Station;
• Kazan-2 Railway Station.

The meet and greet services will be provided 24/7. Special plates and wayfinding beacons will be set up at the airport to ensure that arrivals do not walk past the info desks. The entire personnel responsible for meet and greet services speak English.  

TRANSFERS

Special buses transport arrivals from the airport to the Main International Centre (MIC) and places of accommodation (Athletes’ Village) and run in accordance with the flight and train arrival times specified by the participants in the FINA GMS. Those participants who arrive in Moscow will be met at the transit airports.
