Accreditation badges for athletes and persons accompanying them are issued in the Main Accreditation Centre located in the Main International Centre, Athletes’ Village. The Main Accreditation Centre is open 24/7. Admission to the Accreditation Centre is free.
Accompanying persons who has not applied for accreditation prior to their arrival can be accredited on site. All they need to do is to fill in a form and pay a registration fee (40 USD). An accreditation badge is issued next day. Please note that accommodation in the Athletes’ Village is not allowed without an accreditation badge.
Participants can get all required registration forms by sending a request to masters@kazan2015.com or masters.accreditation@kazan2015.com.
To collect an accreditation badge, athletes should present their membership document or a different document verifying membership in a club (in case of absence of such a document, additional verification with FINA is required) or a passport that was used to submit data in the FINA GMS. Other client groups should present original passports. Athletes and coaches collect their accreditation badges in person due to the fact that a participation declaration is signed upon collection of an accreditation badge.
Accredited Masters athletes and persons accompanying them are entitled to:
- access to Masters Championships competition venues,
- free travel on public transport,
- an invitation for getting a visa free of charge.
Accreditation badges cannot be issued to athletes who have not paid participation fees for the sports they’ve applied to participate in.
